If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, simply follow our streamlined process to secure a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BIG Pharmacy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
